Nevada Department of Hazardous Waste has the sole purpose of protecting human health, the environment, and public safety using guidelines and regulations for all harmful materials and substances. With established programs that regulate the storage, transportation, treatment and disposal of hazardous waste, the overall safety for our community is achieved.

Defining Hazardous Waste Materials
